1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, customers benefit from a legal 14-day withdrawal period.
Maison Alexis B extends this period to 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error or defective product.
3. Return Procedure
Before returning any product, customers must contact Maison Alexis B by email at:

4. Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must:
- be unopened,
- unused,
- returned in their original intact packaging.
Any perfume that has been opened or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
5. Refund
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the original payment method.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
In the event of a defective or incorrect product, customers must contact Maison Alexis B within 48 hours of receipt, providing supporting evidence.
7. Responsibility
Customers are responsible for proper packaging of return shipments.
Tracked shipping is strongly recommended.
